However, in order to gauge how successful the website is, we (like all responsible website owners) do log your IP address. This is a numeric code such as 224.123.50.89. This address is on loan to your Internet Service Provider, so we could, theoretically, find out which ISP you use. (Big deal!) — only fair to warn you, though!
This is the only information about you which we automatically collect.
Further, when you attend a course with us and provide your details, we will only record the necessary details required to satisfy the Australian Taxation Office legislation related to our industry.
With respect to your email address — we initially automatically subscribe you to our regular email update Newsletter which we use to provide you with information about products and services, however there is provision in that newsletter to unsubscribe. Workshop Cancellation Policy
Participants that cancel with at least 2 business days notice may attend a future workshop.
No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of a program. Substitutes are welcome.
Refunds for Credit Card Payments
If payment is made by credit card, reimbursement will be processed through the credit card company less credit card charges.
