Anne Conway — Accredited Instructor

Anne is an accredited instructor in the following strategic thinking tools and methods:
- Tony Buzan, Mind Mapping (since 2004); and
- Edward de Bono, Six Thinking Hats (since 2005).
Anne is also a Lawyer, who for many years conducted her own general legal practice in Sydney, Australia, and holds a Graduate Certificate in University Teaching and Learning from CSU Australia.
Since January 2000 Anne has been a Law Lecturer, workshop presenter, Course/subject developer, designer and writer in the jurisdictions of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania, and Hong Kong, and Editor and writer of legal education papers and articles for all those jurisdictions, for the following national and international legal educational institutions:
- College of Law, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane
- Continuing Professional Development, College of Law, Sydney
- University of Tasmania, Centre for Legal Studies, Hobart
- City University of Hong Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong
Anne’s presentation of legal education training courses and subjects covers a wide range which include advocacy, civil litigation, criminal law, negotiation, interviewing, property and commercial and corporate together with related subjects.
From December 2007 to June 2008 Anne lived and worked in Kowloon, Hong Kong, where she developed, designed and wrote for City University of Hong Kong, their Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) Elective 'Bar Course' for law graduates who intend becoming Barristers in Hong Kong.
Anne wrote 'strategic thinking' skills training into the Bar Course. During her time in Hong Kong she also wrote the Course Materials for Professional Conduct and assisted in writing the Course Materials for Mediation.
Anne has, since returning to Australia, continued to train law graduates in Australia and both undergraduates and law graduates in Hong Kong in strategic thinking tools and methods.
